Part found under my Ford 641

I took off a rear wheel and brake drum to
replace a missing lug bolt while also
getting a new tire put on. I found this
under the drum. I have no idea what it is.
It's not rusty like it had been there for
long, but I've never seen anything I can
recall that looked like this when I
replaced the brakes. So, is this a Ford
tractor part or something else? I don't
want to put drum and wheel back on until I
know.

Can you put something in the picture to give a comparison for size? Like a coin or tape measure? Looks like maybe an end attachment for a puller center bolt.

I was thinkin the same, the cupped style vs the cone tip style.
