Was wondering what others are getting paid to sell tractors and farm machinery....Have a local dealer that would like me to work for him, he knows my level of experience: which consists of current sales in auto industry, and previous sales and parts manager experience, along with the family having had a used tractor and repair business for several years.....I can make more money in the auto industry, buy would rather do what is in my blood, which is tractors....on the other hand I don"t want to rip him off either. Just wondering what kind of pay plans are out there for this position. Thanks
