selikirk 6inch double wall ipe

Good news- this ain't rocket science. At more or less 0 Psi (g) water at 400 deg = STEAM. STEAM = no drippy! You want to block heat , gasses, sparks with caulk thru walls, be my guest. Go USA public schools! You got a leak after 20+ years service of a product that is probably not possible to even install and insure legally new in much of USA. Water dripping in = bad stuff leaking out. Bad stuff OUT = rot, fire, et cetera . You know. Just you and an (possibly) disagreeable old lady- do as you must. Have a son, dog, or agreeable neighbor = get with it.
