A CIP Profit Maker silo. There a three silos of this brand in this farm community. This one is no longer active, but I believe the other two on a neighboring farm are. Both farms are in good Zion Township dirt and I honestly doubt made the farm rather the farm advocated such a silo.
 
Does not look like it is a silo type that is known for its good looks. Was it painted and now it in need of a redo? In my area where I grew up in NE KS, concrete ..stave.. silos with rods that ring the silo were very common. For the most part they seemed to maintain a reasonable appearance, though occasionally if they were filled with to high of a moisture content in the feed they would leak out and stain which was not the best look.
