SMTA PTO fluid

I am checking fluids on my SMTA. Can anyone tell me what goes in the reservoir that surrounds the PTO shaft? It has a cap that comes off on top but no dipstick. I did not look for an overflow plug but assume there must be one. What goes in there and how do I check the level. Thanks!

I did not look for an overflow plug but assume there must be one.

The plug is on the left side, it’s a fluid level plug, but you can call it an overflow plug if you want. Use HyTran or equivalent, original would call for 10w, but HyTran wasn’t being produced yet.
