TE20 Ferguson gears not working

I have an old Ferguson 1952 (TE20) and gears 1 and 2 are not working. The shifter won’t even go to the left all the way, do you guys know what I can do to free it up?

Hello OM, welcome to YT! He means a bit of weld build up added to where it is worn down and ground back to the original profile. It may just need the 1-2 shifter centered back in neutral. Pull the oil fill hole opposite of the shifter Move the gear lever shifting the gears that still work and see what moves in there. Then pry forward or back on the other part that is not moving and see if your problem gets solved. If you fix it I am not saying it won’t happen again if the bottom tip of the gearshift is worn. Shifting in a deliberate H pattern will help, not applying sideways force unless you are in the neutral position.
