TEA20 Bonnet Stay Rails = Broken Bolts

Hi Guys.

I have dismantled the bonnet sections on my TEA20 in preparation for painting. Unfortunately some of the bolts that were holding the bonnet stay rails we're so badly seized that the bolts have just sheared right off in the process. It looks like the bolts in the centre of the rails are actually welded in place under the rail so i'm guessing these can't really be replaced. I had a look on eBay etc and can only find the ENTIRE left or right hand panels for sale. Just wondering if anyone knows where i might be some replacement rails only or if there is a relatively simple fix that doesn't involve trying to re weld new bolt heads in place of the broken ones?

Cheers, Ferg
