Tire flippers

I had an old 11.2 24 tire sitting around for years. My daughter put it on craigs list, as a exercise tire. To gain strength people flip tractor tires. Someone wants it. I would like to gain some more strength , but I will leave tire flippers for the young guys. Stan

We have been know to flip tires as part of our workout. "Functional strength" is more important to use then being able to throw around a lot of weight in a weight room.
