Tire sizes ??

I have this information on my tractor tires.

69x28 4-28 on 15” rim firestone tires

New to this. What does this information tell me?
If I want to get better tires. What size and I looking for to replace these with same ??
What does the 15 " rim mean? Thanks

You sure its not 16.9x28 on 15" rim.

16.9 would be the width of the tire on a 15" wide rim.

And would be 28" in diameter.

I will relook at the tires on it. Right after christmas. Leaving in moring for kids place in the city..... eyes not as good as they use to be. ... Thanks

I went back out and looked. You were right about the 6.9 and not 69. Could not hardly see the dote in middle. lol Makes a big difference.
