If you are looking for actual store fronts selling tires near you, giving your general location will help.

Most any tire store that deals with truck tires will handle ag and industrial tires. Those will be the places to check out if you can't dismount and mount the tires yourself. Many places sell online, Miller tire is one. There are many options on eBay and Amazon. If you buy online, you will likely need to find a shop to mount them for you.

If you are wanting to buy online and need a local shop to do the dirty work of getting then on your rims, you better ask your local shops if they will do it or not beforehand.
Many shops around here will not touch tires bought online. And I don't blame them.

Two years ago I restored a pair of rims, and when done I took them and a pair of tires to my local commercial tire store to get them mounted. Like pretty much every other shop they have capability of recording time for charging their regular hourly rate.
