The pressure can be the same as a tire with no liquid ballast in it. Weight being carried by the tires can change the recommended pressure. A few more details might help. What tractor, what is being carried or pulled on the rear hitch/3-point? loader, etc.

12 to 14 psi is likely a common range of pressure for those.

It may want the 14 with the blower on back. Your 1910 Operator's Manual should give you the Ford recommendations for tire pressures. The 12 to 14 should be in the range, try those pressures and see what the footprint is.
