I finally found out who this belongs to and he said we may be able to deal and I need to know what would be a fair price for this tractor? the engine is stuck.I think it is an La on steel. the picture of it are in the photo section, under LA Case?
 
The Steel wheels are fairly rare. I would say in the $500 to $1000.

Remember That tractor will weigh from 6000 to 10000 lbs. so the $500 is just a little more than scrap.
