Transporting an IH 3414

Anyone have any actual experience hauling an IH 3414 Diesel, loader, no backhoe, on a car trailer? Operating weight is supposed to be 5200 lbs. Trailer is a 5-lug Dragmaster dual axle, going about 30 miles. F350 7.3 with an exhaust brake just because someone will ask. I'm thinking it's the upper end of capacity for the trailer, I have moved my Farmall 450 on it a short distance, just across town, slow and careful. Thanks!

I've hauled my IH 484 with Loader, estimated around 7500 lb several hundred miles on a 2 axle (3500 lb each) behind my ram 1500.
Im sure the short distance your going you will be fine.

If the tires are loaded, don't forget that added weight, it's not included in factory weights. Does the trailer have self-supporting loading ramps? If not, cut some wood rounds the right height to fit under the frame at the rear; otherwise the tractor weight on the rear of the trailer might bend the tongue or break the ball locking device. I saw that happen once, the trailer tongue made a huge dent in the man tailgate when it popped off the ball.
