TSC JobSmart sandblaster replacement tips

I have a cheap siphon feed abrasive blaster from TSC, which uses a conical steel tip. Although the tip is removable, it seems that nobody, including TSC carries replacement tips. TSC does carry ceramic tip that fit other sandblasters, but they won't work in my tool.

When my tip wore out, I replaced it with the tip from my useless paint gun-style blaster, which uses the same tip. When it wears out, I guess I'll pitch both TSC tools and buy something that uses a ceramic tip. When I was in the store, I noticed that TSC now sells a Campbell Hausfeld siphon feed blaster that's very similar to the JobSmart, but it has ceramic tips. And it's only six bucks more than the house brand blaster.

I'd post links to the JobSmart sandblasters, but apparently YT doesn't allow TSC links. The reviews on TSC's own site are brutal; most of the reviews say that replacement tips aren't available. Has anybody found a source for the steel tips?

I just made my own steel tips for the one I have. They don't last very long, but was easy and cheap to make. Could probably use a different steel but it doesn't see enough use anymore to warrant doing anything better.

You're a very resourceful guy! Do you have a lathe?
Yes to a lathe, actually have three or four around here. But I don't think I had one when I made the new tips. The tips for mine were a standard bar stock, round diameter, got some and cut to length and drilled a through hole with the drill press. Use to do a lot of stuff with hand tools and some time.

Think mine are 1/2" diameter, got the stock at hardware store. Cut with a hacksaw.

IDK what the worn tip looks like but I once had the same problem and solved it by getting a roll of fuel hose with same inside diameter as new tip, drilling tip a tad smaller than hose od. I'd cut off a piece of hose and force it into tip then blast away.
