It does have bulldozer blade at front so what problems if any

Depends on which County, most front axles are relatively trouble free, the main components are the same as a Ford 3000 on each side. Hardy Spicers on the drive shafts can wear. If you are looking at an early County based on the Super Major, the drive was taken from the bull pinion shafts and the teeth on these would fail in a normal Super Major.
