Yeah, last couple of orders were within the last couple of months. I just did an online question to the effect had WM been hacked. Yes they have....details are on the www. That explains the problem. What's next is figuring what needs to be done about it. I don't like the idea of not being able to purchase their products online.....don't buy a lot but don't want to have to drive 50 miles round trip for a tooth brush! My wife just got an order yesterday. May need to sign out and back into your account again. Have you ordered since they changed to the new order system a few months ago?

If I'm guilty its in the opposite direction....I shop them often and like their prices and products. Thanks for the suggestion....may do it.I heard they are using AI to monitor the web and refuse service to people that bad mouth Wally. Have by chance commented in any of many threads on YT bad mouthing Wal-Mart?
I'd clear cookies from your device(s), change password, sign out then in again.

Good call. Old bookmarks with extra info beyond the domain name itself are often a trip down a dead end waiting to happen when sites make changes. Are you getting to the site by a saved bookmark? If so that is probably your problem. I would suggest typing in your address bar where https://… is shown walmart.com ..only that and not selecting or allowing any characters that automatically fill in. Only the above and hit enter.
I don't have a saved bookmark. I type in Walmart in my search engine and check out the replies. I have gone through all of them and all have given me the same.....sorry folks we have technical issues....will be back in a flash. This occurred before Christmas and if Walmart was blocking folks using pet names it doesn't make sense because for me anyway, I either had to drive 50+ miles round trip or buy from somebody else on the www.Are you getting to the site by a saved bookmark? If that works delete your old book mark and replace it.
My wife uses an Apple laptop. She says your machine may be too old to support the updates. Do you get prompts to upgrade the Apple operating system an ignore them? Upgrading the OS would be your first plan of action. Go to Apple.com and enter your machine model then it should tell you if your machine is still supported and what the number of the latest operating system upgrade you can run. It should also tell you how to initiate the installation of the update.I don't have a saved bookmark. I type in Walmart in my search engine and check out the replies. I understand, but as the old saying goes “you can’t help those that won’t help themselves” Also, by the way an update will not affect the placement of Favorites or Book Marks. If you have any children or grandchildren in their teens or older have them help you set up the Chrome browser, I am fairly sure that will get your access to Walmart back.On outdated software, that is probably my problem but upgrading is a task I do not wish to attempt right now.....the older I get the lazier I get and the more set in my ways.....KISS. That's not easy in today's world as you surely are aware.....one of the reasons for not wanting to upgrade....besides the trouble, is the new "gotchas" that come with every upgrade.....in addition to the nice things they flaunt.....and then learning the ins and outs of the changes and having to move all my favorites over and all. Only thing I like about the "Golden Years" is that I don't have to get up and go to work every day.

A Mac won’t update it’s operating system past it’s end of life. It will work until it dies but not upgrade. They will release security updates but not major OS updates. Since Safari is part of the OS it can’t be updated past the OS number limited by the year. On an old Mac the only way to have a current browser is to download something beside Safari. On outdated software, that is probably my problem but upgrading is a task I do not wish to attempt right now.....the older I get the lazier I get and the more set in my ways.....KISS.
