anybody know about what year and model this avery is? trying to help identify for a fellow tractor buff!!

Looks like a 8-16 made between 1914 1nd 1917... Gene

My book its calling it a 1921 8-16 which was tested in The Nebraska state test on March 28 1921 it's weight was 4900lb. 9.99 drawbar HP.
