    I think you are right, with a 12-volt coil. So just positive batt to the pos coil and all should be good???

    Update: It does have a 12-volt coil and yes 1 wire alt hooked up. No diode!

    Just purchased the Super C and cannot find a wiring diagram for the ignition system with 2 wires coming from the distributor. This thing has been pretty well hacked up but does run with 12-volt neg ground. When I turn the switch off, it tends to keep running like it's overheated and pinging...

    I removed it and a very small hole was clearly visible. I did not measure it but should have I guess for future ref.

    I checked and there is an orifice in the line right at the inlet to the filter. I have deduced that it's bad pump or bad rebuild job. Thanks for all the help, Joe,

    Update, cleaned and replaced and now have 15# at high rpm. Might be ok??

    Low oil pressure, 5 # max at high rpm, so I removed the pressure relief valve for inspection. What it looks like is that the plunger has a flaw. Can someone tell me if it is, ok? Joe

    Tire Size verses Rim Size

    Ok I messed up and bought 11-28 rims for new 11.2-28 tires. Should be 10-28 but can I get away with 11-28 rims? Going to cost me a lot to ship them back, what can go wrong? This is an 8n and won't be used very much. Will it be ugly? Thanks, Joe
