Have you checked the air filter and air intake system on the tractor?

Yes , system has been cleaned really good and oiled , properly. I also removed the entire filter and drove it same response. with low rpm uphill.

I can't answer your ? on rpm's but I just wanted to say that is one of the sharpest looking 4010's i've seen in a long time.

It started out as let me just get it running fix the fuel tank leak and the hydraulic brake line leak, then I said I wonder how much it would cost me to changed out the fenders fix the hood repaint and clean her up a bit.
Total so far $3000. All in.
Just to be put into service back in a field .
Now my brother in law and I thinks it’s going to be barn eye candy.
