Oliver 1800a steering box

Have a 1800a that has steering box seal leak (top and bottom), can't figure out how to get it apart , or is just better to replace the whole power steering system. It's an ealry gemmer hydraguide . I see replacement kits for charlen would this work on this tractor.. it runs like a top, hate to not be able to use this as grandfather bought it new..
