They had a class here at Navarre this weekend where it took'em 4 times to stop Mel. He just drug the sled around building back to the starting line and refilled his fuel tank mid flight. Mel got his money's worth for sure!

Thanks Bryan--Mel does GOOD--A lot of people don't know this--but Mel was declared the 8th wonder of the world!!!! In Iowa he is known as FULL PULL MEL......

That was a great time! The first try they said they clocked me at 14.1 mph and the second try it was 15. Don't know if it was really that fast but by the time I had the clutch pushed in it was time to set my sights on the space between the concrete barriers and think about shutting it down. Slid the back wheels trying to stop on one pass. The crowd watching in the dining room scattered when they saw me heading towards the window. Did you happen to get any video of one of the pulls Bryan?
