It probably has something to do with the settings in your browser (your browser is Internet Explorer/MS Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox etc.)
It may consider that a pop-up.
 
I thought I would share. An 83 pound 120 horsepower from a 0.5-liter engine sounds too good to be true.

My head hurts trying to figure it all out. It's essentially two swash plate hydraulic pumps bolted together with some ports for air movement. At least the way I read it.

Yes, and some kinship with 60's GM axial air conditioning compressor, too.
