I am attaching a step to the 2030 tractor. The step uses the loader mount to secure the step. Can anyone help me with the bolt specs to secure the step?

By loader mounts are you talking about the three holes in both sides of the flywheel housing plate at the rear of the engine? You do not say it has a loader on it, so I am basing this on it having no side plates or loader mounted using those holes. If so the two lower holes are threaded 5/8-11 and the top one is 3/4-10. Clean the threads with a tap if dirty and base the length of the capscrews on the thickness of your step mount plate with about 1" engagement in the plate. Tighten to the general torque spec chart in your 2030 manual.

Thanks. I don’t have a loader. I will tap the holes as you suggested.
