3600 power steering leak

Hello, new guy here, I just bought my Ford 3600 yesterday! Being an old tractor, it has a few problems but overall works very well. My biggest problem is power steering fluid spurting out of a fitting in the steering box when I turn the wheel. It looks like it could be a bleed screw maybe? But tightening it doesn't solve the issue (although it may have helped a little). Can anyone tell me what the fitting is and how to deal with it? it is just below and in front of the hoses that run into the steering box/column, just behind and below the fuel tank. I have attached photos, hopefully they come through.

That looks right to me - thanks! By reseal, you mean rebuild it and replace all of the seals or do you have something in mind that's an easier fix? It works well as long as I keep it filled.

The housing where the vent is up all has to come off. What you do below that is your call.
