Cockshutt 30 live PTO fluid

I am attempting to get a Co-op E-3 running that had been not run in a few years. I have a manual and currently changing all the fluids. The manual states that the live PTO is separate from the transmission and rear end and lists a drain plug and filler plug as number 24 and 25 in the lubrication instructions, but the diagram does not show #24 and #25. I see what looks like a plug bolt above and to the left of the PTO shaft that appears to be a filler plug, but do not see where there is a drain plug. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Look on the bottom of the section between the PTO cover and the rear end housing for a pipe plug. socket type about 3/4 or 1", right above the drawbar. First pic, greasy one is the one. Second pic, the left side of the PTO cover. One of mine has two plugs but the other has one. Fill to the higher one. I assume the lower is low level but not positive.
