Funeral procession

A guy from a tractor club I belong to died suddenly and family wanted his AC WC to lead the procession to the cemetery. The call went out and 18 tractors showed up to join the procession. We drove to the turn off on the highway and waited for the procession to arrive and then lead them to the cemetery. The WC parked near the grave site and idled until they were ready to start and then shut off. Ron would have liked it!

A local owner of a gravel pit passed some years back. They carried his coffin in the bucket of his big wheel loader.

We have a funeral on Monday for one of our drivers. He has not been feeling good lately and we sent him home to recover. 2 days later he dropped dead at his house. We will have his semi at the funeral home.

What an awesome tribute. A similar happened to my neighbor years ago. My neighbor bought a new to him tractor early in the year and passed away before he could ever use it the following spring. Made the funeral very fitting for a great farmer. Kow Farmer Kurt

Dad always used Case tractors. At his funeral we had our restored DC at the church and my restored VAC at the cemetery.
