I upped the pressure a little bit. I'm afraid to go to as th lacing on some belts don't look real good.

On my BR 750 NH baler I run the pressure at 1500...makes a solid bale in straw or grass.

I think also the lacing is ok except for the very end. We carry extra wires for lacing in the baler. Just in case we have an issue. Out baler is older and belts are getting pretty wore out. We have extra belts too. Our baler is a variable chamber Gehl 1865. To adjust pressure we add air. Like an accumulator tank. How does your baler work ? I see a response at 1500 ? We usually run 130 pounds of air pressure to make a tight bale. Just curious.
