Does anyone know what engines will fit in the Cockshutt 30? It would be used just for pulling, or is there a better option out there somewhere?

While the Cockshutt has an open front tub (which would accommodate almost any engine), maybe Massey Harris tractors would be a better choice (eg. 44, 55, etc) since they have an open front casi iron tub PLUS a driveshaft setup which funnels power back into the transmission and differential.

And I've seen examples of them with a Small Block Chevy V8 in them. And even a big block once in a while. steve
