Don't know who makes them, but a search for
'accordion room dividers on tracks' and then selecting 'shopping' returns hundreds of sources. Most are Chinese but that's expected.

An Amazon search for room divider track gives 7+ pages of results. Some with s-hook hangers and some with what appear to be clamps of some kind.

If you don't know the manufacturer it will be difficult if not impossible to purchase the right track.
