My Massey Ferguson 150 came with the tachometer not working, I got a new tachometer gauge a cable, now I’m needing to add this conversion kit to the alternator. How do I do this?

I did exactly what you're trying to do with the same kit. The difference is I started with the Delco alternator (don't remember which model) that has an open rear bearing. It was a simple matter to drill a hole in the exposed end of the rotor shaft and then epoxy the drive pin/gear adapter to the end. Then (with the back half of the alternator case separated) drill and tap holes for the mounting screws being careful not to have the screws go in too far to short anything out. A note here is to make sure the belt pulley is the same size as off the generator to maintain tachometer accuracy.

Thanks, I may try that or may just get an alternator equipped with one.
