3020 dash panel size?

I have a 64 3020 utility that needed the flat panel where the ignition switch and the light witch are mounted so I bought one from a 3020 and had it shipped to me so it's maybe 2 inches too long for the opening so will one from a 3010 work or the utility dash panels just shorter?
 
It appears several different panels were used on the 3020s. Did you find a part number for the panel you need and order by number, or just 3020 dash panel? Below is a link to the parts catalog PC858, for the 3020s serial number 122999 and before. Check out the Operator's station section 90 page 61. The picture attached shows a flat panel item key #46 which I think is the one you are asking about. By the parts listing the panel is different based on transmission, if that is the one you are looking for. If it isn't you should be able to find the right one and get the part number.

True, on the panels subbing to the later ones. It looks like it is possible he got one for the wrong transmission as the panels are different for each transmission. A call or email with some dimensions is likely in order before a purchase.

This is only a guess, but I learned in a much similar way that the hood/side screen for a 4010/4020 are a couple of inches taller than 3010/3020. I would guess you were shipped a panel from a 4020, they look the same from 5 feet back.

I bought this from a guy that said it was from a 3020 so I took his word for it and now I still need one for a 3020 utility power shift if the transmission makes any difference.
