You'll see those big diesel tractors in Southeast Asia.. twenty years ago they was everywhere.. now it seems it's mini 4x4 or 4x2 tractor's with the same diesel motors.
They last forever.
Many have went to the Little tractors like mine. Gasoline powered,It does stand to reason.. I can simply go to harbor freight and buy a brand new 202cc predator motor for 150 bucks.
If I needed to replace my motor.

We had a Gravley convertible with a bush hog like mower. I was small and hated that thing. The handle would pinch your leg on the seat. If I had to use that thing today i'd roundup the whole lawn.

I like your thinking, but doesn’t match the pic I’m seeing I guess, will be nice to see yours a little more up close when you get it fitted to your cart.

I'll try to get some pictures up of mine.
I agree . The stuff at Walmart is terrible quality.
And no rear hitch. And no transmission.
Even the gear/chain housing's are stamped steel.

At least it has a cast iron transmission.

I have a Pulan Pro 2-wheel tractor, but it's a basic tiller. Only one speed, SLOW.

The reason why a real 2-wheel tractor would be better.
I have 7 garden plots. 3 gardens, the full size tractor accesses just fine.
The others are always a tight squeeze and disc harrowed on the ends incomplete.

I like the ad for 4wd since there’s only 2 wheels.

Can be 4wd when hooked to the right trailer which is driven by PTO, sort of like ground drive on a regular tractor. Similar units were very common in Europe back in the 50's, 60's and 70's on their smaller farms and especially in mountainous areas.

Still have a few of them. At one time they were the machine of choice for grounds-maintenance people. Simple, effective and extremely reliable. Still the best machine in it's class, hands-down, for mowing a side slope according to a friend in the grounds-maintenance business. Can go where non of the replacements have any hope of mowing.

Yes.. the tines can replace the tires.
They use a axle shaft tree, that just simply slides onto the axle on both sides and a pin to hold them.
I don't have any plans to use the tines.
I bought the tractor strictly for pulling my trailer.

I have seen videos on you-tube of that kind of tractor.
They were an important part of the poor people's lives up in the Ukraine mountain ranges.
With the tires on and a trailer affixed to it, it was used for transportation to and from town.
I remember one video about a young girl who lived with her grandmother who knew her away around the tractor well and could interchange the wheels and tines in a matter of minutes.

Some really wild looking sickle mower hay cutters that you walk behind in Europe, the mountain regions. Some have become remote controlled now. I watched a few YouTube’s on them last winter. Making use of the too steep hillsides, mowing hay. They have some big sickle bars for what the machine is.

Yes.. she doesn't talk much.
Has ugly dog in early video's.
Yeah? She does seem to know her way around the small tractor
It's a Russian cascade motorblock ? or a OKA ?
Mine is a very close cousin to her machine.
I'm definitely going to try mine out with the eight inch tractor tires. And set them as close together as possible.
I'm impressed with how well the girl gets around. Slow. And slower.
But she gets around pretty good.

But my Chinese walking tractor is home ..
Grand total of 675 bucks .. that's including shipping..
Its belt driven Tiller.
Two speed forward with reverse.
7hp.
Penumatic tires....... Here is a picture of a gear driven Tiller.
Couldn't get the belt driven Tiller PIC to load. But basically the same thing.

I guess they think our legs are additional drive tires ? .
Compared to Troy. Not close.
The main advantage to this Chinese Tiller is the Transmission.
Forward gears and a reverse.
And the simplicity of it.
I can simply go to harbor freight and buy a 6.5hp motor for 150 bucks. 30 minutes later have a new motor.
Ive watch the videos, the Ukraine people. Thailand folks.. the Russians,some of them, modified them to make them much stronger.. beefy frames. Bigger tires.
Mine is chain drive gear box.
Soaked inside the housing.
Full of 80/90
Should last basically forever.
