67 Case 430 lacks power.

As always, thank you to the people at yesterday’s tractors for a great and helpful forum!
Next up is my 67 Case 430 Utility tractor. It lacks power and bogs down in 3rd gear. It didn’t use to do that- only in 4th high gear before this.
I would guess at about 3500 hours on it. Mostly doing little jobs around the neighborhood.
I had the injection pump serviced by a highly trusted source and I was very careful to time the pump to the engine.
The fuel system was fully cleaned and new filters installed. No improvement.
Any idea where I proceed from here?

No, however, I can tell that it lacks power because it loses power just back blading a little dirt

Is it smoking under load/when it loses power? if so light, dark Black ect,, trying to diagnosis a bit more

Check the transmission oil level dip stick under the seat, some times the internal seals fail and the rear end will fill up with oil, it takes a lot of power to turn the gears when over full of oil

so its starving on fuel then, is the fuel shutoff lever going to Full fuel/Open position? easy to set them wrong that will also cause low power, like suggested have you check free flow rate out of tank and supply line to the filters

My 430 lost power once years ago. The inlet breather tube was stopped up with mud dobbers nest.

Yes.....look at obstructions in all air inlet system....been there done that
