I can remember going to "Dick's Texaco" with my grandfather, for gas for the lawn mower in a 1972 chevy impala. If my memory serves me right, gas was 27cents a gallon. They used to fill the car, clean the windshield, and check the oil, all for about $5 worth of gas!Anyone remember receiving tokens from gas stations?

I also remember those stuffed tiger tails that Exxon used to give out. You would attach to the gas cap and hang them outside your car. Lol.I put a tiger in the tank and he ate a hole in the muffler. Gordy in Mn.
