I am having a senior citizen moment. I can not remember what this type of pulley mount is called. Is it a sheave? I need that pulley, but I have to go from an inch shaft to an inch and eight shaft. Thx guys.
This is on a Olathe 48 Lawn Sweeper.

A sheave is the round piece the belt, rope, etc. runs in. A pulley is the assembly the sheave is in and may contain multiple pulleys to gain mechanical advantages. That is the technical definitions of the two. Many times, the two names are used interchangeably by people.

If it is a shaft mounted pulley for a 1" shaft and you need to go to a 1-1/8" shaft you will need to buy a pulley for the larger shaft or have your pulley bored out larger. If it is a taper lock type you may be able to get a larger taper insert for your pulley.

If you need to reduce the shaft size maybe a sleeve will work, if taper lock maybe you can get a smaller taper lock insert for the pulley, or buy the right size pulley.

If the motor drives the sweeper fingers (from your post # 4) is it a belt system as pulley indicates or is it a shaft coupling between the two?

Pictures and better info would help.

To me it sounds as if you are talking about a Lovejoy or a Flex coupler.

Edited to add.

Just thought maybe a Split Taper pulley mount.

It's a QD taper-lock shave. I'm not sure if the QD hub is available with a 1.125" bore.

I'd take both the shelve and QD bushing to the local bearing house and see if they can supply a new bushing, with the desired bore, to match the existing sheave. You may end up buying the shelve as well.
Edit:

I should have Googled this before I posted. The "SH 10" marked on the bushing equates to 1" QD.

Google "SH118 QD Bushing". I guess my memory is slipping a bit as well...

It's funny what we forget and what we remember. I can rattle off WIX filter numbers but can't remember where I put the Siracha in the fridge... I'm 43 by the way.

My wife told me it's a man thing, looking in the frig and saying I can't find it; all the while what I'm looking for is on the shelf in front of me.

Thanks Stan, I believe you have the answer. Thx everybody for the replies!!

We just called them all taper-locks, but the name varies by the manufacturer. I think sheaves are for v-belts or ropes, pulleys are for flat belts. But' I bought a little v-belt sheave for my table saw recently, and it said pulley on the package.
