    2290 8-Speed

    I've got one. Parts for the rear end are very hard to find. The gear spacing is nothing like a power shift. A very cool tractor but would rather have a power shift for farming. Mine just pulls a 15 foot batwing.

    Case IH 585 steering

    The piston which is pressed onto the cylinder rod has moved. The cylinder will have to be taken apart. Then you will have to press the piston back to center on the rod. This will have to be done in a hydraulic press. Good luck! Sometimes a new rod is required.
