    I also got his rotary cutter, not sure of the make and model on it either. The gear box would not hold gear oil, so I am trying John Deere corn head grease instead since I did not know what parts to order for a gasket.

    I did look up what parts I think I need and I think the seal is T22069 the gasket is T22080. I am not sure but I may need gasket T21997 as well?

    When you say loosing prime, I am not sure if it was primed to begin with.
