    How much horsepower can you get out of a 3208 cat with a 2.75 inlet charger Apump and 2800 rpms? Those are the rough rules for a local open speed class Also how much hp can you get out of a 478 herc? rules call for 2800rpm max across the bored and turbocharger with a 2.330" inducer bore...
