    61 cub cadet original clutch

    Have a 61 original and I need clutch discs. We tore into the clutch and the discs on the drive pulley need replaced. I think they are glued on the pulley. Is there replacement discs and do they need glued or riveted back on?? Does any one have any clutch schematics? Thank you. Scott

    i would say that if you have a chance to buy a pacer or pony, i would buy the pacer if you can get it at a good price. 1500-2000 unrestored

    well i assume the reason for the 3 yrs for the pacer was because that was about the time they switched to ferguson. we have no problems with either of the tractors. they are both good dependable tractors. pacer has alot more power though.

    the pacer is alot more rare than the pony, pacer has a longer frame, pony uses a n62 continental the pacer uses a y91 continental. the pony puts out around 8 drawbar hp the pacer around 13. pacer pulls 2 12 inch plows, the pony one 14 inch plow.

    MH 102 G SS Noisy Rear End

    we use lucas products in our old tractors, 53mh mustang, 47 pony, 53 pacer with no problems. as far as a noisy rear end in a massey harris; i dont think i have ever heard a real quiet one.

    M-H Pony Serial Number

    the A stands for high altitude engine. your serial number makes it a 1949 model.

    RIMS

    that rim would fit the mh 20,colt,22,mustang,pacer,and the pony. not 100% sure about the pony i would have to look at ours. seems like massey harris didnt waste to many parts.
