Battery tray ?
Sorry to be slow in responding. weather has not been helping. Anyway last nite i got back out on the tractor. ds4600 replacment front tires ?
The tractor is a 4600 with a front loader. The 215.85.16 are off my old dually. they were designed for the old 6" rims so I thought they would be ok on the ford. I can look around for the 760 size and see who has them. the 215 s will get it back on the road till then -

Thanks. I didn't think it had sucked enough fuel out to need blead but guess it did. up and running again. -

Hello, I went out to use my 46 and it started up but I had not opened the fuel shut off and it ran 2 sec and died. opened the shutoff and tried to re start, nothing. waited and tried again, shot some diesel in the air pipe still no start. Any ideas? -

I saw two plugs a 6 and a4 will clean them and ck continuity from there. Also saw a fuse up under there . will see if its good also -

clip that holds the hood proprod
That idea got me to think of a new clip. found a piece if metal that would slide under the clip on the hood , bent a 90 on it and formed a hook around a piece of 1/4 rod. painted and bent the tab that slides thru to hold it in place. almost looks factory -

looking at the clip I thought it would be a 2 or 3 dollar item. as you say who will be driving this tractor in 20 years. not me for sure. but I am a nit picker so rather than jury rig it I will search for the correct part or leave the hood prop in the tool box until I need it. gona try NH on...
