    All I can make out on the plate is Wagner.it has a stamping in it that says case Wm 3 and the serial number is stamped 494.it's painted green now but I see yellow paint underneath.it's made completely out of round tubing.has a front mounted hydraulic pump.     just thought i would put this out there.i read somewhere that my 960 with a 172 required AL7 ford plugs originally.i"m a tech at a ford dealership and found out that AL7 crosses over to a motorcraft SP437 and you can still get them.

    took the trans cover off of my 960 and noticed the cluster gear set on top was moving front to back about .060in.pulled the cluster gear set out and back bearing is looking kinda rough.the big ends of the rollers are wore badly.looks like the output gear is the race for this bearing and looks...
