    when i took off my frame off my 48 A i didnt torque the nuts down just tightend the mess out of them and somthing to think about is that the motor and inside of the frame will be a lot easier to paint while their off

    the first thing to do is take off the front grilles and hood medallion. not very hard just take out some bolts. next thing is to pull the cover off the end of the end of the pedistal (the one on the side not the top requires taking out two 3/4 in bolts) you do this to take out the steering...

    i had this problem with my 720 did you over fill the crankcase? check you manual for propper filling requirements. my dad put some 2 gallons in the oil slinger right before i drove it in a parade you talk about a miserable ride turns out that it didnt need but a quart and a half

    i had to do this rencently with my 48' a the whole power-trol housing will come off in one peice but i have to warn you it is extremely heavy so i would sugest taking off the contol housing then the pump (at the pto shaft) then the housing itself its not that hard if an idiot like me can do it...
