Tractor MF165,Perkins with multipower,heard a crack ,engine stalled out blowing snow ,now will only start with clutch pedal down ,tractor seems to bind up when you release the clutch.Nothing in clutch inspection cover ,removed top of transmission at gear shifts,nothing seems bound or broken,any...- alecb

mf165 transmission
Heard a loud crack when blowing snow from below my feet,tractor stopped immediately,now will only start with clutch depressed.When you let it up slowly the tractor will start to bind at the top of the clutch stoke. Any thoughts?- alecb
