    Yes it is vary tricky to work on the gauges. Yes I did contact Jerry but he said he did not sell parts any more. I was trying to get my restoration done before Chrismas but that might be a problem now. I did not yet resort pleading with Jerry for the parts, but it might have to come to that.

    I have two broken gauges on a JD 60, water temp & Oil PSI. The gauges work good & are original just the glass front is broken or cracked. I have searched around on the internet to see if any one has just the Glass lens for sale & i have not found any. Any one else had this problem? Do you know...

    Two cylinder head gasket leaks.

    I'm rebuilding a 51 John Deere B. We had the head & block planed, they look good. I installed a new head gasket, torqued the head down. Added water & antifreeze, after a little while I had a small seepage of antifreeze at the head gasket on the top of the engine. Any ideas on what I did wrong?
