    Removal of Delco Remy Light Switch (original) for Allis B

    How does one remove it from the instrument box ? The parts manual shoes the push/pull rod separate from the switch body. The black knob turns, but does not appear to be threaded. Is it forced in or WHAT ? How does the push/pull mate with the switch body ? Thanks for all replies.

    Draining the PTO on a B or C

    When draining the transmission oil, will the PTO oil completely drain out thru the center drain plug ? It is at a lower level and appears that it would if left open long enough. Thanks for all replies.

    I have a 1941 with hyd lift. What is the recommended oil to use when changing ? The manual says 20 wt engine oil. Is that OK or can something else be used that is better ?

    Does anyone know what years Allis installed the serial numbered engines: BE-43946 thru BE-46895 ? I think they all probably went in Model B tractors. Where was the SR stamped ? Thanks in advance for replies.
