    I'm new to the case tractors. But from what I've learned. The 6 speeds were all chain drive. Some time after the comfort king came out a foot clutch was available. This is my 1965 930 comfort king. 6 speed chain drive hand clutch. Western special pulling tractor.

    Anyone replaced starter switch on starter with a post connec

    I did it on a wc pulling tractor. The rebuilder said it would allow more current to flow. It was rebuild with all new stuff including 12 volt field coil. I run a solenoid that is activated by a momentary push button switch. And a toggle with a flip down cover for the ignition coil. Works good.

    I have one on a early d17. There is a block off plate halfway threw the muffler. I used a hole saw to open it up. Sounds good to me.

    How heavy or light are they with pto no hydrolics and a standard non adjustable wide front. Also the 38" cast centers what do they weigh? I have the light cockshutt centers and one cast one.

    1 1/2 inch pipe. Get a Black pipe. There mentioned for natural gas. And last longer in a exhaust system. I used a ? Case muffler. You need a 1 15/16 inlet. 2 inch slightly loose.
