    Just put a remain 8.3 cummins in a 1680. farmer friend of mine that ownes the machine pulled the engine him self and took pump to the pump shop I swapped all parts over and put new engine in it runs great but when you pull the throttle back to the stop position it doesn"t die the pump does...

    OK ive got water in the hydraulic filters and i guess im going to have to drop the oil or if there is a easier less expensive way please tell what polymeric filter replaces the AR75603 filters and the accumulator does it have a filter in it if so can i change myself??

    What's the best way to come up with a small bell 800 ? What block could ya put an 800 crank in or could you machine down a large bell 800 to a small one ? Just thinking it would be fun in a G1000 like when the old 504d finally gives up haha

    For the most part yes, the lower countershaft that has 2nd and reverse is fine spline on a 705 also I think the bull gears are a little wider.

    My power unit starter worked just fine with my diesel flywheel .

    That's fine it will still work you just need to find a diesel flywheel. Welters should have one or atleast they did last month when I went up there, they also carry the clutch plates.

    If your 705 had a diesel then you just use your diesel flywheel on your 800 and it will bolt right up I would put new clutch plates in and have the clutch drive plates re surfaced and adjust it up kinda tight and you shouldn't have any trouble. Good luck
