Ford lift hydraulic cylinder
This part came off my 420, same as a 4600. I was able to drive the top one out. The caps ended up taking a 8-32 X 1 inch screw. I used the black allen head machine screws with a fender washer and nut. A pry bar and alot of gentle tapping and I got all 4 of them out. I am surprised that the bolt... -

Ford Industrial 420 Hydraulic Cylinder for lift Stuck
I took the hydraulic lift cover off my 420 Tractor, it appears that the valves maybe stuck. This cylinder has 3 valves unlike a 3000 that only has 2. I was going to just order an after market or rebuilt one, Ford #E0NN477BB but all that comes up is the hydraulic cylinder with a 3" bore... -

Ford 420 rear axle outer bearing race removal
Just tore down one side of my ford 420 rear end. Pulled the axle out of the housing and noticed the outer race can not be punched out from the other side. There are two slots in the housing, 12 and 6 o'clock positions just behind the race but I do not see what type of tool to use to beat it out... -
