    Farmall C PTO shaft seal part 2

    Any advice on how to remove the PTO shaft from the housing? Looks like the someone welded a steel piece on for the seal, is this standard? Heat the housing first then drive the pto shaft out the back?

    Case 430 flywheel torque

    I seem to be having trouble finding torque spec for the flywheel on my 430 diesel, it doesn't have bolts it has studs with nuts...there is only four of them maybe 5/16 so I'm sure they are nut torque to yield, I have been told 75-80ft pounds seems to much for a grade 5 stud

    Ford 4100 leaking oil at bellhousing and making gear noise

    Oil runs from drain on bellhousing and the oil level on rearend becomes low after a few hours use. Hydraulics become slow and there is a clunking noise from what sounds like the rearend. I'm guessing a bearing has failed and taken a seal with it. Any ideas????
