    Have a 1950 TO20 that won't lift my disc. It will lift my plow which is lighter. If I tack the engine up it will slowly, smoothly lift my disc a few inches. It also started leaking down at the same time. It was fine a few weeks ago. I did check fluid level which was fine and the fluid looks...
